Kristin Rice, M.A.O.M, possesses diverse experience in leadership roles across various organizations, including the position of Director of Customer Experience at CVG Airport and Director of Innovation and Human Resources at ThorDrive. Kristin has also served as Vice President of Operations at Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. and held multiple executive roles at Delta Global Service, including Vice President and Regional Manager. Additionally, Kristin has expertise in organizational development and training management from a tenure at TETRA Technologies, Inc. Academically, Kristin earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Business Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
