Kay Ziegenhagen has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. They began their career as a Line Technician at Rare Aircraft, where they performed various duties related to general aviation aircraft operations. They then worked as a Ropes Course Facilitator at Camp Pine Rock, facilitating group activities and providing leadership in challenging situations.

Afterwards, Kay worked at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they served as a De-Ice Supervisor, ensuring aircraft de-icing procedures were followed safely. They also held the roles of Resident Assistant, responsible for promoting a clean and healthy on-campus living environment, and Summer Programs Coordinator Administrative Assistant, managing paperwork and administrative tasks for seasonal education programs.

They also supported administrative and clerical activities related to national airspace system events and agency facility security. Additionally, they served as a Flight Service Specialist, providing flight planning assistance and interpreting NOTAM.

Kay then worked at Prescott Rocks & Rec as an Owner, overseeing various small business startup tasks and assisting in the design and construction of climbing walls and structures.

Following this, Kay joined Truckee Tahoe Airport District as an Airport Operations Specialist, responsible for managing airfield operations, providing customer service, and snow removal.

Currently, Kay is employed at VistaJet as a Flight Support Agent. Their responsibilities include arranging ground handling services, liaising with external providers, requesting overflight and landing permits, and providing accurate flight information.
