Erin Poppe is an experienced Organizational Development Consultant at 34 Strong, Inc. since October 2020, specializing in enhancing workplace culture for government employees. Additionally, as the Owner and Photographer of As You Are Photography, Erin oversees creative direction and client deliverables. Erin has served as a CliftonStrengths Expert with Charrette Venture Group, focusing on building strengths-based cultures and coaching firm leaders. With over a decade of experience as a self-employed photographer, Erin has worked on various educational initiatives to improve photography skills for organizations. Past roles include Marketing Coordinator and Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University, along with various positions in media and nonprofit organizations. Erin holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from Kansas State University.
