Christopher White

Mr. White has more than 16 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. His diverse expertise includes turnkey development, from concept through procurement, negotiations, grant administration, permits, construction, inspections, and delivery.

Prior to joining CVR, he served as Director of Development/Chief Development Officer with the St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA), overseeing the agency’s development and modernization activities and new business strategies. He also has experience working in resident services and on PHA Annual and 5-Year Plans.

He earned his bachelor’s degree with cum laude honors from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and his Master of Business Administration from Fontbonne University.
