Alicia Skalnik

Alicia Skalnik, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over two decades. Alicia currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CVR Energy, Inc., where they have been since 2014. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. Additionally, Skalnik has held various leadership positions at LyondellBasell, Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products, and Robertson Worldwide. Their responsibilities have included talent management, HR business partnership, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and recruitment and selection. Skalnik has proven their ability to effectively lead HR teams and implement talent strategies that contribute to the success of the organizations they have worked for throughout their career.

Alicia Skalnik, SPHR, has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Governors State University. Alicia also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Robert Morris University - Illinois. In addition to their degrees, Alicia has obtained a certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management in June 2007.
