Candace MacHa

Candace Macha has extensive legal operations experience, currently serving as the Legal Operations and Risk Manager at CVR Energy, Inc. since September 2018, after holding the positions of Sr. Corporate Paralegal and Compliance Analyst, as well as Sr. Staff Paralegal. Prior to this role, Candace worked at FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies, Inc. from July 2013 to September 2018 as an Associate Contract Manager and Corporate Paralegal. Candace began their legal career at the County Attorney's Office in Fort Bend, Texas, where Candace provided legal support in the Family Law Division from 2007 to July 2013. Additionally, Candace gained administrative experience at the District Attorney's Office in Fort Bend, Texas from 2001 to 2007, supporting the Criminal Intake Division. Candace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities/English from the University of Houston-Victoria.
