Dustin Ferretti

Dustin Ferretti has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Dustin is currently the Vice President of Renewables & Refinery Optimization at CVR Energy, Inc. In their previous role at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, they served as the Logistics Commercial Development Manager and the Product Control Manager. Before that, they were the Director of Business Optimization at Andeavor. Ferretti also worked at Western Refining as the Southwest Refinery Planning Manager, Manager of Planning and Coordination, and Corporate Planner. Dustin started their career at Phillips 66 as a Short/Long Range Planner and LP Modeling Expert, where they were responsible for generating operating plans, scheduling, and refinery economics. Throughout their career, Ferretti has demonstrated expertise in refinery optimization, planning, scheduling, and refinery modeling. Dustin is proficient in various software and tools, including Aspentech PIMS, Orion, Haverly HCAMS, and Excel (VBA).

Dustin Ferretti earned their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware between 2002 and 2006. Dustin'sfield of study included Economics and Biochemical Engineering. Dustin later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Leadership and Business Analytics from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware from 2018 to 2022.
