Alexa Keener

Alexa Keener is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience at CVS Health, where currently serving as Lead Director and Chief of Staff in Human Resources since January 2021, following the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Alexa was with Aetna, a CVS Health Company, from September 2016 to January 2021, progressing through positions including Senior HR Consultant and HR Consultant, and also held the role of Financial Analyst. Early career experiences include a position as Sports Center Monitor at the University of Hartford from June 2010 to June 2018 and a Development Intern at Planned Parenthood of Southern New England, Inc. in early 2016. Alexa earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, with double minors in Sociology and Communications from the University of Hartford.
