Anne M. Finucane

Ms. Finucane has been Vice Chairman of Bank of America Corporation (“BOA”), an international financial services company, since July 2015, and has also served as Chairman of the Board of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Europe since December 2018. From 2006 through July 2015 Ms. Finucane served as Global Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer for BOA and served as Northeast Market President from 2004 through July 2015. As a member of BOA’s executive management team, Ms. Finucane is responsible for the strategic positioning of BOA and leads the company’s environmental, social and governance (“ESG”), capital deployment and public policy efforts. As Chairman of the Board of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Europe, Ms. Finucane oversees more than €50 billion in assets and is responsible for working with business leaders and regulators to execute the company’s European growth strategy. She is chair of BOA’s Global ESG Committee, which directs all of the company’s ESG efforts, and also chair of the Capital Deployment Group, which collaborates across business lines to deliver innovative financing solutions to address global issues. She stewards BOA’s $300 billion environmental business initiative, oversees the company’s $1.6 billion Community Development Financial Institution portfolio and chairs the Bank of America Charitable Foundation.

Ms. Finucane’s experience in the financial services industry, consumer policy, strategy, marketing, corporate social responsibility and government affairs provides the Board with valuable insight in those key areas.
