Dave Sturgeon

Dave Sturgeon currently serves as the Head of Data and AI Governance and Enablement at CVS Health, a role held since November 2022. Previously, Dave worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Principal in Data Engineering, contributing to federal sector data solutions and strategic investments. Prior to that, Dave was with Marriott International, leading public cloud engineering initiatives and data architecture. Dave's career began at Capital One, where multiple leadership roles included Chief Architect for Enterprise Architecture and Chief Data Architect, focusing on the development of enterprise data services and migration strategies to cloud environments. Dave Sturgeon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
