David then went on to earn their HS diploma from Park Tudor School, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Most recently, they completed a course in Organizational Leadership through Leadership Rhode Island.

Their manager is Laurie Havanec, EVP, Chief People Officer. They work with Caroline Wilke - Executive Director of Human Resources, Finance, Susan Medina - Head of Executive Search & International Talent Acquisition, and Ted Fleming - Head of Talent Development.
