Eimile Tansey

Eimile Tansey is currently the VP of Human Resources at CVS Health. Eimile has extensive experience in the field, having previously served as the Director of Strategic Human Resource Business Partnering at CVS Health and as the Head of Human Resources at VetCentric.

Tansey is known for their ability to build high-performing organizations from the ground up. When they were recruited to VetCentric, they were tasked with establishing the company's first HR function. Eimile successfully built a comprehensive HR department that oversaw nationwide recruitment, employee relations, legal compliance, performance management, succession planning, and training and development. Under their leadership, the company saw a 50% reduction in turnover.
