Elana Pentelnik

Elana Pentelnik is a seasoned User Experience design leader with extensive experience in user-centered design and research. Currently serving as Sr Manager of User Experience Design & Research at CVS Health since April 2018, Elana has excelled in workshop facilitation, training development, and introducing service blueprinting to enhance design strategies. Previous roles include Designer and Researcher at Radius Innovation & Development, where collaboration on projects involving consumer electronics was key, as well as internships at Philips Design and 3M, focusing on empathic design and product aesthetics. Elana holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati, further supported by a diverse background in design and outreach initiatives across various organizations.
