Grace Boyd

Grace Boyd, SHRM-CP, serves as the Lead Director of HR at CVS Health since February 2022, following a role as Senior Manager, HRBP within the same company. Prior to this, Grace held the position of Area Human Resource Business Partner at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from December 2019 to February 2022, and gained extensive experience at Target as Executive Team Lead of Human Resources from 2014 to December 2019. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from High Point University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Capella University.
