Jeffrey Sinko

Jeffrey Sinko is the Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel for Pharmacy Regulatory at CVS Health. Jeffrey has been in this role since November 2014. Prior to joining CVS Health, they were the Vice President and General Counsel for DaVita RX from April 2012 to November 2014. Before their time at DaVita, they were the Assistant General Counsel at Medco from January 2005 to April 2012.

Jeffrey Sinko has a JD from Cardozo School of Law and a BS in Pharmacy from Rutgers College of Pharmacy.

They work with Florence Crisp - SVP, Assistant General Counsel, Tom Moffatt - VP, Assistant Secretary & Assistant General Counsel, and Douglas Phillips - VP, Senior Legal Counsel - Labor & Employment.
