Jim Grubisic

Jim Grubisic serves as the Vice President of Mail, Member, and Client Services at CVS Health since July 2015, overseeing technology products and services supporting members and client services. Previously, Jim held various leadership roles at Aon from September 2012 to July 2015, including Vice President of Internal Hosting Services, Acting Vice President for Infrastructure Services, and Sr. Director of Security Technologies, managing global operations across multiple IT domains. Jim began their career at Aon Hewitt, serving as IT Manager from 1999 to November 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing global operations for various technology services. Jim holds a degree from Western Illinois University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
