Lindsay Vetell

Lindsay V. is a seasoned design research professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr Manager, Design Research & ResearchOps at CVS Health since September 2019, Lindsay V. has successfully established and managed a ResearchOps team that supports a large Design Research group, driving maturity in research practices. Previously, Lindsay V. held positions at Vertafore, including Manager of Design Research and Sr Design Researcher, where team leadership and process implementation were key contributions. Lindsay V. also led UX strategy and design efforts at GetVokl and IA Collaborative, focusing on human-centered design for Fortune 500 clients. Educational credentials include a Master of Design in Service Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Flagler College.
