Mahendra Jadon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and application development. Currently serving as the Director of Data Platform Technology at CVS Health, Mahendra is spearheading an AI-assisted coding adoption program to enhance developer efficiency. Prior experience includes leading the application development team at Volkswagen Financial Services, where Mahendra created a strategic technology investment roadmap. Mahendra also held significant roles at Capital One, managing the implementation of Workday for HR processes and migrating PeopleSoft HCM to Workday. Earlier positions include overseeing project status at Tata Consultancy Services and implementing PeopleSoft HRIS at Hexaware Technologies.
