Michelle Matiski

Michelle Matiski is the current Vice President of Legal Business Services at CVS Health. Prior to their current position, Michelle held the title of Vice President, Legal Business Services at Aetna from August 2007 to October 2018.

Michelle Matiski began their legal career in 1981 as an Associate at Craig, Greenfield & Irwin. The firm was acquired by Winston & Strawn LLP in 1981 and Michelle became a Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP from 1988 to 1995. In 1995, Michelle left Winston & Strawn to join Meyer, Hendricks, Victor, Osborn & Maledon as a Member until 2002.

In 2002, Michelle became the Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel at Schaller Anderson, Incorporated. Schaller Anderson was acquired by Aetna in 2007 and Michelle remained with the company until 2018 when CVS Health aquired Aetna.

Michelle Matiski attended Superior High School. Michelle then went on to study English at the University of Minnesota and got their Bachelor of Arts degree. After that, they attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and became a lawyer.

Michelle Matiski reports to Thomas M. Moriarty, EVP, Chief Policy & External Affairs Officer & General Counsel. They work with Florence Crisp - SVP, Assistant General Counsel, Elizabeth Haley - VP, Chief Compliance Officer, Government Programs and Settlements, and Jeffrey Sinko - SVP, Assistant General Counsel - Pharmacy Regulatory.
