Sree Chaguturu

Sree Chaguturu is the EVP and Chief Medical Officer at CVS Health. Sree previously served as the Chief Population Health Officer at Partners HealthCare from March 2012 to August 2019. Prior to that, they were part of the leadership team at Objective Health, a McKinsey Solution for Healthcare Providers.

Dr. Chaguturu has dedicated their career to improving healthcare performance and results. At Objective Health, they developed products that leveraged large scale health care data sets to identify performance improvement opportunities. Sree also provided consulting services to senior executives on hospital performance, with a specific focus on clinical variation reduction and quality / operational efficiency improvement.

At Partners HealthCare, they continued their work to improve population health, overseeing a team of over 200 providers and working with senior leadership to develop population health strategy. Sree also led numerous initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes, including the development of a data-driven care management program and the launch of a new patient-centered medical home model.

Dr. Chaguturu is a recognized leader in the healthcare industry, with over 20 years of experience in improving healthcare performance. Sree is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and has a Masters in Public Health from Harvard University.

Sree Chaguturu attended Brown University for their BA in Biology and Brown Medical School for their MD in Medicine.
