Sung Moon

Sung Moon is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in voice and data communications. Currently serving as Lead Director of Voice & Fax Services at CVS Health since October 2022, responsibilities include overseeing corporate-wide infrastructures and interfacing with various technologies. Prior to this role, Sung Moon was Director of Enterprise & Government Solutions at BETSOL, focusing on cloud-based services for government and enterprise clients, and led significant projects at Avaya as Director of Product Strategy and Architecture, where strategic leadership in diagnostic solutions took place. Early career highlights include serving as Senior Enterprise Network Engineer at Wells Fargo Advisors and Chief Engineer at DXC Technology for the Department of Defense, along with military service in the United States Air Force. Sung Moon holds an MBA in Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a BSEE from Brigham Young University.
