Susan Medina

Susan Medina-Gomez has extensive experience in executive talent acquisition, having held leadership positions at CVS Health, Battalia Winston, and DHR International. With a strong focus on diversity and global recruitment, Susan has also founded LatinoExecs, Inc. Susan's educational background includes a BS in Business Administration from DePaul University and executive education from Duke University and Harvard Business School. Susan currently serves as the Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at CVS Health, where Susan leads the strategy and execution of executive recruitment.
