Tom Cowhey

Tom Cowhey currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CVS Health, overseeing investor relations, corporate development, treasury, enterprise performance, risk management, and corporate shared service finance operations since February 2022. Prior to this role, Cowhey held various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and CFO at Surgery Partners, Inc., where responsibilities included managing financial operations for the largest independent operator of short-stay surgical facilities in the U.S. At Aetna, Cowhey served in multiple executive roles, contributing to financial strategies for a significant portfolio including the U.S. Health Plan Business. Cowhey's career also includes experience at Legacy Partners Group, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Rogers & Wells, complemented by an MBA from Duke University and a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University.
