Ryan Pristo, currently serving as an Investment Associate at CWCapital since December 2022, has an extensive background in real estate investment and development. Previously, Ryan worked as an Independent Consultant in Real Estate Investment Strategy & Fundraising for a New York Based Real Estate Investment Firm. Before that, Ryan held positions at Blank Street, Related Companies, and Coldwell Banker, gaining experience in real estate growth, development analysis, and sales. Ryan also has internship experience in real estate development and operations. Graduating from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, Ryan showcases a strong educational foundation to support their professional experiences.
