Tom Shearer is currently the Senior Vice President and Senior Asset Manager at CW Capital, responsible for managing a team of experienced Asset Managers handling commercial real estate assets within a non-performing loan portfolio. Prior to this role, Tom was the Director of Asset Management at Argentic Investment Management LLC, where Tom played a key role in starting a new Special Servicer. With a background in managing non-performing commercial real estate loans and under-performing REO assets, Tom has extensive experience in the industry dating back to their time at C-III Asset Management LLC and Washington Mutual Bank. Tom holds a BBA in Business with a focus on Marketing, Finance, and Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington.
