Kathy O'Brien is an experienced professional in the escrow and management fields, currently serving as the Team Support Manager at CW Title and Escrow since June 2022, where Kathy utilizes 30 years of expertise to enhance customer experience for real estate brokers, buyers, and sellers. Prior to this role, Kathy worked as a Professional Organizer and Productivity Consultant at Simply Placed from June 2017 to January 2022, assisting busy professionals in overcoming clutter and disorganization. Kathy's experience includes serving as President/DEO/LPO at Escrow Professionals of Washington from July 2003 to April 2016 and as Regional Escrow Manager at Wells Fargo Escrow from April 1996 to July 2003. Kathy holds a degree from Washington State University, earned between 1978 and 1982.
