We were one of the first companies to solely specialize in developing and executing Central Withholding Agreements that limit over-withholding on revenue earned in the US by foreign entertainers and athletes. We ensure compliance with IRS requirements, deposit transactions as required by the IRS and file Forms 1042 and 1042-S at year end.
