Matthew Smith has extensive experience in technical and sales roles within the marine and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Representative at CWR Wholesale Distribution since March 2021, Matthew previously held positions as Lead Yacht Service Technician at Yacht Management and Lead Technician at TESS Electrical Sales & Service. Prior to these roles, Matthew was an Automation Technician at South Florida Water Management District and a Commissioning Engineer at Quantum Marine Engineering, specializing in the commissioning of ride control systems for motor vessels. Matthew's career began in the US Navy, where responsibilities included managing operations of underwater acoustic equipment and supervising complex electronic systems maintenance. Matthew's early experience also includes work as a Deckhand on the Daily Double Sportfishing, performing seamanship duties and maintenance on marine engines.
