Kathy Stepanian

Kathy Stepanian has extensive experience in the housing industry. Kathy started their career in 1991 as a Property Manager at Summit Properties, where they worked until 1998. Following this, they joined CWS Apartment Homes as a Community Director, a role they held from 1998 to 2001. Since then, they have been with CWS Corporate Housing, initially serving as a Regional Remote Manager and later becoming the VP of Remote Markets in December 2018.

Kathy Stepanian obtained their North Carolina Sales and Broker's licenses in 2003 from Mingle Real Estate. Kathy also attended King's Business College from 1983 to 1984, although the specific field of study or degree obtained is not mentioned.
