Frédéric Pascassio-Comte

Frédéric Pascassio-Comte has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Frédéric started their career in 2006 as a Foreign Language Assistant at Salford City Council, where they created and conducted French lessons for children aged 4 to 11.

In 2010, Frédéric joined CWT as a Project Leader, overseeing the implementation and improvement of multiple global projects. Frédéric also served as the Lead Business Analyst on IT projects, gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications. In 2014, they became the Head of On-site Operations for the Youth Olympic Games, managing a team and coordinating ground transportation for thousands of people from different countries.

Frédéric then transitioned to the role of Quality & Customer Experience Manager at CWT, where they established a new Customer Service team and implemented operational frameworks to enhance customer satisfaction. Frédéric later served as the Global Delivery Manager for the Hotel Core Platform, improving client implementation and automation processes.

In 2017, Frédéric took on the position of Global Senior Product Manager at RoomIt by CWT, leading product management processes and overseeing a management team across continents. Frédéric then became the Global Technical Product Director, driving strategic leadership and expansion in new markets.

Currently, Frédéric holds the role of Global Product Director at CWT, where they continue to contribute to the company's success and reputation as a market leader. Frédéric is also an Associate at Time for the Planet, a partnership they take pride in for its dedication to environmental sustainability.

Frédéric Pascassio-Comte has a diverse educational background. Frédéric holds an Executive MBA (with Honours) from IFM Business School, which they completed from 2020 to 2021, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters in Organisational & Management Systems Engineering from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, specializing in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, Quality, and Transverse subjects, from 2007 to 2010. Frédéric also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, which they earned in 2005-2006. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in IT from the same university, obtained from 2003 to 2005.

Frédéric has also pursued additional certifications to enhance their skills.
