Mike Wildes

Mike Wildes has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Mike started their career as the Chief Financial Officer at ASIATRAK TIANJIN LTD, where they led the finance and IT functions of a component manufacturing subsidiary. From 2001 to 2018, they worked at Caterpillar Inc., holding various positions including Director of Enterprise Finance Services and Chief Financial Officer for the Global Paving Products Division. In these roles, they were responsible for financial reporting, compliance, strategic planning, and managing teams of finance professionals. Since 2020, Mike has been the Vice President - Controller and Finance Operations at CWT.

Mike Wildes has a degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. Mike is also a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the State of Minnesota.
