Patrycja Bednarska

Patrycja Bednarska serves as the Human Resources Director at CWT since September 2019, having previously held the role of Human Resources Manager. Additional roles include HR Business Partner at NUCTECH COMPANY LIMITED and HR Specialist at Stanley Black & Decker, showcasing a consistent focus on recruitment, talent management, and employee development across various organizations. Patrycja holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS, along with postgraduate studies in BHP-EH&S and Management and Marketing.
