Steve Birch

Steve Birch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, data analytics, and technology within the commercial travel industry and the U.S. Army. Currently serving as Senior Director of the Data and Technology Group at CWT since September 2018, Steve specializes in delivering business intelligence solutions and managing global teams. Prior roles include Program Manager at Hollstadt & Associates, where significant improvements were made in communication and delivery speed for data and analytics teams. Steve has held various leadership positions in the U.S. Army, culminating in roles such as Chief Information Officer and Deputy Director of IT Architecture Integration, where strategic IT initiatives were developed to support large-scale organizational transformations. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in National Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Providence College.
