Bala M has worked in various roles in the IT sector since 2006. Bala began their career as a System Administrator at AIG in 2006. In 2009, they moved to Canon Singapore Pte Ltd as a Regional Team Lead. In 2013, they became the Head of Helpdesk Operation at Zalora Southeast Asia. In 2014, they were appointed as the Regional Head of Corporate IT (APAC & EMEA) at LAZADA SOUTH EAST ASIA. Since 2019, they have been the Regional Head Corporate IT at CXA Group.
Bala M completed a Professional Diploma in Advanced Network-Centered Computing at NIIT from 2000 to 2003. Bala then attended Nottingham Trent University from 2004 to 2005, where they earned a B.Sc.(Hons) in Computer Engineering. In 2013, they obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council. In February 2015, they obtained an additional IELTS certification from the British Council.
