Sakthi Kalathy

Sakthi Kalathy has over 20 years of work experience. From 2017 to present, they have been working as the Chief Product Officer for CXA Group. From 2010 to 2017, they were the Business Analyst Manager for Mercer. From 2009 to 2010, they served as the Implementation Manager for ANZ. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Business Analyst for Convergys. From 2005 to 2006, they were the Payroll Manager for Vsource. From 2000 to 2005, they were the HRMS Functional Consultant for Ramco Systems.

Sakthi Kalathy obtained a 10th degree from St Joseph's Anglo Indian Boys Higher Secondary School between 1984 and 1991. Sakthi then went on to obtain a +12 degree from St Mary's Matriculation Higher Secondary school between 1991 and 1993. Finally, they obtained a B.E in Mechanical from the University of Madras between 1993 and 1997.
