Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure & DevOps) at CXA Group

Thai L. began their career in 2012 as a Technical Project Manager at FPT Software. In this role, they managed the tasks of the developer team, including developers, artists and QC. Thai also assisted the line manager in defining project milestones, timelines and estimating resources, as well as working closely with the QA team to ensure product quality. In 2014, Thai moved to Naiscorp International as a Delivery Manager, where they defined project plans, maintained timelines, resources, milestones and quality standards, and led the development process from concept to commercial product. In 2015, Thai joined HotDeal.vn (MeKongCom Corp) as a Technical Project Manager, where they collected requirements, worked directly with partners, rebuilt and increased the capacity of the backend system to 1000+ orders/day, and improved the CMS to increase capacity up to 100+ calls per day. In 2018, Thai became a Product Manager at Fimplus JSC, where they managed the QA and product owner team of 12 members and managed product lines, including SmartTV, Mobile App and Web. Finally, in 2019, Thai joined Patties Foods Pty Ltd as a BI Backend Developer, where they worked directly with business owners from Australia to collect and deploy milestones, managed the BI development team and the release roadmap, and implemented data pipelines and schema of the data warehouse. In 2020, Thai moved to CXA Group as a Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure & DevOps), where they managed a team of 10 members from Infrastructure and DevOps, collaborated with architects to deliver suitable infrastructure and deployment flow, and observed and optimized the infrastructure cost of AWS.

Thai L. attended the University of Edinburgh Business School in 2017 and completed a MOOC Course in Statistics. From 2007 to 2011, Thai L. attended NIIT Vietnam and earned a Professional Diploma in Computer Software Engineering.
