Venita Balani

Venita Balani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Venita started their career in 2005 as a Global Business Analyst at Rogers Technologies. Venita then moved on to DMS Worldwide Logistics in 2006, where they served as a Regional Finance Manager, responsible for business development, finance team management, and logistics solutions. In 2013, Venita joined CXC Asia as an Account Manager, later transitioning to the role of Country Manager. Venita managed sales, customer service, finance, and payroll teams during their tenure. Since 2017, Venita has been working at CXC, initially as a Project Director for Asia, overseeing project deliveries and collaboration with various departments, and currently as the Head of Operations Asia - Contractor Management Solutions.

Venita Balani completed a Masters degree in Business in Information Technology and another Masters degree in Information Technology from Curtin University between 2004 and 2006.
