Manager of Customer Success at CXO Nexus

Autumn M. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. They began their professional journey as an intern for Mayor George Heartwell in 2008. After that, Autumn worked as a General Manager at Rueben's Burger Bistro for a few months in 2010. They then moved on to Splick*it inc, where they held the positions of National Account and Shareholder/Relationship Manager/Regional Sales Manager from 2010 to 2011.

In 2014, Autumn joined Boulder Journey School as an Intern/Assistant teacher and continued in this role until 2016. During this time, Autumn also worked at the Boulder Jewish Community Center as a Lead Infant Teacher from May to October 2016. Autumn's passion for education led them to pursue a graduate program at the University of Colorado Denver, where they served as a Graduate student from 2015 to 2017.

After completing their graduate studies, Autumn worked at Cascade Conversion as an Account Operations Manager from 2018 to 2022. They then transitioned to impact.com as a Customer Success Manager from April 2022 to May 2023. Currently, Autumn is the Manager of Customer Success at CXO Nexus, Inc., a position they took up in July 2023.

In addition to their professional roles, Autumn also founded Family Factor in 2016, where they provide guidance and advice on aligning family philosophy with academic philosophy and long-term goals within the home. Autumn's experiences in various industries and positions have equipped them with valuable skills and a unique perspective.

Autumn M. holds a Masters in Human Development and Child Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver, which they pursued from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Communications from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2003 and 2006. It is not specified when Autumn attended Santa Barbara City College or the field of study they pursued there. In addition to their formal education, Autumn has obtained several certifications, including Influencer Partnerships and The Toolsman from impact.com, and Affiliate and Partnerships Industry - Expert from Partnerships Experience Academy.
