Juan Carlos Alzate Garcia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Juan Carlos co-founded Transformacion ExO in 2022, where they serve as the CEO. Juan Carlos specializes in digital transformation and emerging technologies, helping companies adapt to the digital era and enhance their efficiency and competitiveness. Prior to this, they worked as the IT Vice President at Ciudad Celeste from 2011, where they implemented applications and designed a migration process towards cloud technology.

In 2020, Juan Carlos joined The ExO Mindset as an ExO Coach and Advisor, assisting companies and individuals in implementing innovative solutions and embracing exponential organizations. Juan Carlos also served as an Exma Speaker at EXMA BEON and participated in ExO Challenge events as a Coach and Mentor. Additionally, they have been involved in the Proptech industry, founding Proptech Ecuador and working as an Ambassador for Rutanio.

Furthermore, Juan Carlos has been actively engaged in the CxOforum, where they served as a Board Member. Juan Carlos has also been a Mentor, Advisor, Coach, and Speaker for Alianza del Pacífico, contributing to the validation, acceleration, and mentorship of startup ideas. More recently, they joined 40+ League as an Exponential Organizations and Proptech Expert, aiming to support experienced professionals in their reinvention and personal growth.

Juan Carlos Alzate Garcia has a diverse education history. Juan Carlos earned a Maestria en Liderazgo from EADA Business School in 2017, focusing on leadership in business. Prior to that, they completed a Maestría in Administración y gestión de empresas at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2014 to 2017. In 2000 to 2001, they obtained a degree of Especialista en Administración de Empresas from Universidad del Rosario, with a general focus on administration and management. Juan Carlos began their education journey by earning a Grado en Ingeniería in Ingeniería de sistemas from Universidad Autónoma de Colombia from 1988 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in various fields, including generative AI, instruction, and leadership, among others.
