Felix Rice

Felix Rice is the Culinary Director at CxRA, where their tenure exceeds a decade, demonstrating a mastery in crafting grand banquets for up to 3,000 guests. Felix leads a team of 60, focusing on culinary innovation and excellence that aims to create unforgettable dining experiences. Previously, Felix held roles including Executive Sous Chef at CxRA and Executive Sous Chef at Sleepy Hollow Country Club, where they managed operations and designed menus. Felix earned an AAS in Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management from New York Restaurant School, where they continue to expand their culinary knowledge.
