Phillip Lechter

Phillip Lechter has over 13 years of professional experience in sales, coaching, and consulting. In 2020, they began working as the Director of Sales for CXT Software, a company that provides enterprise courier software solutions. From 2018-2019, they were a Senior Leadership Consultant for Inside-Out Learning, Inc. and a Senior Partner for The Sales Boss, where they were responsible for launching, leading, coaching, and training sales organizations. In 2018, they became the President of Sales and Marketing for Tecademics, where they led the sales and marketing teams and generated over $750,000 in revenue per month. From 2016-2018, they were the Vice President of Sales/Business Development for Tecademics, where they recruited, hired, and led 47 inside and remote sales professionals. From 2011-2019, they were the Founder/CEO of Lechter Coaching, LLC, where they provided coaching, training, and consulting services to over 20 clients. From 2008-2009, they were the Co-Founder of Pay Your Family First and an Instructor for Nouveau Riche. In 2007, they were the Owner/Co-Founder of Community First Financial, LLC. From 2006-2008, they were a Coach for Football Coach.

Phillip Lechter obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University between 1992 and 1997. In 2003, they obtained a Certified Franklin Covey Coach from Franklin Covey. In 2011, they obtained a Business Coach certification from ActionCOACH Business Coaching.
