Shaun Richardson began their career in 2002 as the Information Technology Manager at Fastrucking, where they architected and developed several proprietary technologies. In 2006, they joined ROHM Semiconductor Americas as the Manager of Systems Administration, where they oversaw the largest IT technology spending reduction in the company's history. In 2008, they officially joined CXT Software, where they took over the training teams and set new benchmarks for service and technology usage. In 2017, they founded Maika'i Life, an online journal to assist travelers with their adventures.
Shaun Richardson obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from the College of Southern Idaho between 1998 and 2000. Shaun then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Boise State University between 2000 and 2003. In addition, Shaun Richardson has obtained three certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator from Microsoft in 2006, Microsoft Certified Networking Engineer from Microsoft in 2000, and Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco.
