Alan McConnell has extensive experience in customer success and forensic analysis, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Cyacomb since October 2019, where previous roles included Customer Success Manager and Forensic Advisor. Prior to this, Alan worked at Police Scotland from January 2008 to October 2019, in the capacities of Detective and Digital Forensic Analyst. Alan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Security & Digital Forensics from Edinburgh Napier University.
