Dhruman Trivedi serves as the Head of Customer Success at Radixweb since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in customer-focused roles across multiple organizations. Previously, Dhruman held the position of Associate Program Manager at eClerx from August 2022 to July 2025 and managed Strategy & Sales at Shaip for a brief period in 2022. Dhruman's earlier roles include Global Lead for AI and Automation at Cygnet.One and various positions at Automation Anywhere, where contributions centered on Robotic Process Automation and AI solutions. Dhruman's career started with positions at Ricoh USA, Inc. and MOBA Mobile Automation, focusing on territory management and sales across India. Dhruman holds an MBA in Marketing and is currently pursuing an Executive Program in Low-Code Process Automation and another in Generative AI at Technical University of Munich.
