Ericka Brown

Ericka Brown has extensive work experience in various roles. Ericka currently works as a Subscription Contracts and AR Representative at Cyara, a leading Customer Experience Assurance platform provider. In this role, Ericka helps enterprises measure operational CX, identify defects, and facilitate continuous delivery across digital and voice channels.

Prior to joining Cyara, Ericka worked at ProTechnical. Ericka began as a Customer Service Representative in April 2016 and transitioned to a Staff Accountant position in March 2018. Later, they took on the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO and Human Resources Coordinator in June 2020. Ericka remained with ProTechnical until October 2021.

Before their time at ProTechnical, Ericka worked at West Corporation as a Technical Support Representative from January 2012 to January 2013.
