Tadassar Pathan

Tadassar Pathan has a solid background in human resources with experience in leading teams and implementing policies. From 2014 to 2016, Tadassar worked as an HR Executive at ManpowerGroup India, where they set objectives for the HR team, designed company policies, and developed compensation and benefits plans. Since 2016, Tadassar has been with Cybage Software, starting as a Human Resources Team Lead and later advancing to the position of Human Resources Lead. In these roles, Tadassar oversaw the HR team, ensured compliance with policies and legal requirements, and worked closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and morale.

Tadassar Pathan obtained a Diploma in Labour laws from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2009-2010. Then, from 2008 to 2010, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university.
