About the Role:

As an Imports Data Specialist, you will be responsible for managing import documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth data processing to support the logistics and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update import data in company systems with speed and precision.
  • Review and validate import documents for compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure seamless import processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, tariffs, and duty payments.
  • Monitor shipment progress and address any discrepancies or delays proactively.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to imports, costs, and logistics efficiency.
  • Support general administrative functions related to imports and supply chain operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in imports coordination, logistics, or supply chain data management.
  • Proficiency in handling import documentation and understanding customs regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to process data with both speed and accuracy.
  • Experience working with logistics and supply chain management software (Moveware experience is a plus but not required).
  • Effective English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and solve problems independently.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen interest in improving processes and accuracy.
  • Willing to work on-site in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, dayshift)
