Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads through automated campaigns, CRM management, and targeted outreach.
- CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM system to track, analyze, and manage leads effectively.
- Social Media Strategy: Create, schedule, and manage engaging posts across social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Campaign Development: Design and execute automated marketing campaigns using CRM tools and lead lists to convert leads into customers.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling blog posts, social media content, and video materials aligned with the brand’s voice and target audience.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Foster and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients through targeted communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales activities.
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks to support the smooth operation of the marketing and sales departments.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, CRM management, or social media marketing.
