Manufacturing Engineer (procam And Sigmanest)

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in ProCAM and SigmaNEST software to join our innovative team. In this role, you will focus on streamlining manufacturing processes, creating efficient CNC programs, and developing nesting layouts to optimize material utilization and improve production efficiency. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality products while supporting cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using ProCAM for machining operations.
• Create efficient nesting layouts using SigmaNEST for sheet metal cutting and material optimization.
• Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and design files to generate accurate machining and cutting instructions.
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance workflows and troubleshoot technical issues related to machining or nesting processes.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to minimize material waste and improve production efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of CNC programming and nesting activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in all manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or CNC Programmer with expertise in ProCAM and SigmaNEST.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM processes, CNC machining, and sheet metal cutting operations.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with machining tools, materials, and processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
