Angela Schoener, ITIL

Angela Schoener has over 15 years of ITIL experience. Angela began their career in 2005 as a Project Manager at Bell Helicopter, where they served as an Ethics and Compliance Officer and hotline representative to answer questions regarding the ever-changing regulatory environment for employee business conduct, supplier business conduct and customer business conduct guidelines. Angela also designed and facilitated an employee recognition program highlighting nominated employees who demonstrate ethical behavior and business conduct. In 2010, Angela became the Program Implementation Manager for www.ReedCandleCompany.com, where they reported to the CEO as the eCommerce departmental delivery manager for a 300+ product line pick, pick and ship launch on Amazon Prime, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Store, Sears, Walmart and Overstock.com. Angela was also responsible for creating marketing campaign content for Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn and Amazon Web Services. From 2011 to 2014, Angela worked as an Independent Consultant in various roles. In 2014, they joined Sabre Airline Solutions as an IT Project Manager - Customer Experience, where they handled project governance for the delivery of complex software systems for JetBlue Airways, American Airlines, Lion Airways and Wyndham Hotels. In 2020, Angela joined Marksman Security Corporation as the Training & Compliance Delivery Manager (American Airlines), where they implemented an end-to-end physical security training program for 300+ level two security officers, supervisors and other cross functional teams across unsecured and secured sites. Currently, Angela is the Director of Client Delivery at Cyber Defense Labs.

Angela Schoener has an education history of a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix (2018-2021) and an Associate's degree in Project Management from The University of Texas at Arlington. Angela also has several certifications, including a PMP\u00ae Certification Training Course from Doulos (obtained in August 2017), an IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from Alexo Athletica (obtained in January 2016), and a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor from the American Red Cross (obtained in April 2022).
